  • Do I need a visa to travel to Kenya?
Starting in 2024, visitors to Kenya will no longer need a traditional visa.  Instead, the country is adopting an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system.

Travelers are required to apply for this ETA online and pay a $30 processing fee at least three days before their trip. This applies to all travelers, including those previously visa-exempt, except for East African citizens. The ETA streamlines entry into Kenya, making travel more accessible and efficient.
