  • What is the best time to visit Kenya?
The best time to visit Kenya is during the dry seasons, from July to October and from December to March. These periods offer the best wildlife viewing opportunities, especially for the Great Wildebeest Migration in the Maasai Mara between July and October.
  • Do I need a visa to travel to Kenya?
Starting in 2024, visitors to Kenya will no longer need a traditional visa.  Instead, the country is adopting an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) system.
Travelers are required to apply for this ETA online and pay a $30 processing fee at least three days before their trip. This applies to all travelers, including those previously visa-exempt, except for East African citizens. The ETA streamlines entry into Kenya, making travel more accessible and efficient.

Kenya's must-see attractions include the Maasai Mara National Reserve, Amboseli National Park, Tsavo National Park, the beaches of the Kenyan coast like Diani Beach, and cultural experiences in Nairobi.
