Day 1Arusha Arrival

Welcome to Tanzania! Once you land at Kilimanjaro International Airport, your private driver will be there to welcome you. Sit back and relax as you enjoy a comfortable ride to your hotel in Arusha. After checking in, take some time to unwind and soak in the local atmosphere for the rest of the day.

Day 2Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, meet up with your experienced safari guide and get ready to explore Tarangire National Park in Northern Tanzania. This park is famous for its huge herds of elephants, but you'll also get to see plenty of other animals like wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, giraffes, lions, and more. 

Watch as these majestic creatures gather around the Tarangire River, which is like the heartbeat of the area, attracting both prey and predators alike. Spend the whole day on safari, taking in the sights and sounds of the wildlife before heading back to your lodge for dinner and a good night's rest.

Day 3Tarangire National Park to Karatu

Start your day with breakfast, then meet up with your guide for an adventure to Mto Wa Mbu, a village nestled in the Great Rift Valley close to Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara. This village is special because it's home to people from over 120 different tribes across Africa.

You'll spend about 2 hours exploring the village, visiting local farms, schools, and even a kindergarten. Along the way, you'll have the chance to meet families from tribes like the Masaiboma, Iraqwi, and Makonde. It's a fantastic opportunity to learn about their way of life and traditions.

Make sure to visit the lively local market, where you can experience the vibrant atmosphere and see a wide variety of goods for sale.

After the tour, enjoy a relaxing lunch at either the village center or the Swahili Canteen Restaurant in Mto Wa Mbu. Then, we'll head to Karatu, a peaceful town near Ngorongoro National Park, where we'll spend the night.

Day 4Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater

Get ready for an exciting day as we head to the Ngorongoro Crater, a famous wildlife sanctuary. Get up early to take a thrilling game drive where we'll search for the Big Five animals – lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinoceros. The crater is known as one of the best places in Tanzania to spot the elusive Black Rhinoceros, and it's also home to many other animals like wildebeests and zebras.

We'll stop for a scenic lunch at a picnic site located right on the crater floor. It's the perfect opportunity to refuel and take in the natural beauty of the area.

Day 5Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park

Today, get ready for an unforgettable journey to Serengeti National Park, one of East Africa's most famous wildlife reserves. Known for its vast open plains and the incredible Great Migration, Serengeti promises awe-inspiring experiences.

Once we arrive, get ready for an exciting game drive through Central Serengeti. Keep your camera handy as we explore the Seronera Valley, known for its diverse wildlife. You might spot the Big Five - lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinoceros - along with other animals like giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests.

As the day winds down, head back to camp for a delicious dinner and a well-deserved night's rest under the stars. Get ready for more adventures tomorrow!

Day 6Game drive in Serengeti National Park

Get ready for an exciting day starting with a sunrise game drive at 6:00 am. Marvel at the savannah awakening as predators roam in search of breakfast under the stunning African sunrise. After two hours of exploration, head back to your lodge for a delicious breakfast and some relaxation.

In the afternoon, have another thrilling game drive until sunset. Encounter a variety of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, and predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Capture the beauty of the landscape and wildlife as the sun sets. Finish your day with a tasty dinner and a peaceful night's sleep at your lodge.

For a truly unforgettable experience, consider adding a hot air balloon safari (extra cost). Enjoy a bird's-eye view of the vast plains and the amazing wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles below.

Day 7Central Serengeti (Seronera) to Northern Serengeti (Kogatende)

Today, we're off to the Kogatende region in Northern Serengeti, where thrilling safari experiences await around every corner. Watch as the landscape changes from vast plains in the south to rolling grass hills in the north. Once we arrive, settle into your camp near the Mara River. Relax and get ready for the exciting adventures planned for tomorrow.

Day 8Witness the Great Migration in Northern Serengeti (Kogatende)

After breakfast, we're heading out for an exciting full-day game drive to witness the incredible Great Migration in the Mara area. Look out for the massive herds gathering around the Mara River, getting ready for their challenging journey across. The steep riverbanks, lurking crocodiles, and fast currents make it a risky trek for the migrating animals. If we're lucky, we might see the intense struggle for survival, a thrilling encounter between predators and prey during this seasonal crossing. It's a remarkable display of nature's power and drama that you won't want to miss!

Day 9Departure from Arusha

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we'll head to Kogatende Airstrip, enjoying a picturesque game drive along the way. Later in the morning, we'll catch a scheduled flight back to Arusha.

Once we land, your friendly driver-guide will be there to welcome you, ready to take you to Arusha for a relaxed lunch at a restaurant of your choice. After lunch, we'll transfer you to the airport for your next adventure.
