- Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by one of our representatives who will transfer you to your downtown hotel. After check-in, take some time to explore the old city, which is home to a diverse blend of cultural and historical monuments.
Start your day with a journey through the dense jungle along the Panama Canal aboard a sightseeing train. This historic railway dates back to 1855, half a century before the canal's construction, and played a crucial role in its development.
Next, canoe up the Rio Chagres to Lake Alajuela, where a short hike leads to a beautiful waterfall and crystal-clear pool for swimming. Continue to the Emberá village to learn about their history, culture, and daily life, and enjoy a traditional dance performance. In the evening, take a nocturnal safari to spot rainforest wildlife.
Experience the thrill of an aerial tram ride, ascending 280 feet over half a mile through the forest canopy. Stop at a hilltop observation tower for panoramic views of the canal, Chagres River, and surrounding forest.
