Day 1Arrival in Lima

Welcome to Lima, the vibrant capital of Peru! As you arrive, our friendly representative from Odynovo will warmly welcome you and then accompany you to your hotel in the lively Miraflores District. Once you've checked in, take some time to settle in and then seize the opportunity to unwind or venture out and explore at your own pace.

Optional: A join-in Lima Culinary group tour is a nice option to explore the world-famous Peruvian cuisine (afternoon session starts from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm).

Day 2Exploring Lima's Heritage and Modern Sights

Following breakfast, make your way to the downtown area. Meander through the Main Plazas, including the renowned Plaza Mayor. Explore nearby historical landmarks such as the Government Palace and the Monastery of San Francisco (Convento de San Francisco), where you'll find the intriguing Catacombs located below the surface. Next, venture to the charming San Isidro District for a visit to Huaca Huallamarca and its accompanying museum, which showcases a collection of artifacts discovered on-site. Wrap up your day with a relaxing stroll through the Park of Love and Larcomar in Miraflores District.

After checking in, take some time to relax. In the afternoon, begin a half-day city tour. Explore the Coricancha to uncover the secrets of the Temple of the Sun. Admire the impressive Cusco Cathedral, constructed using stones from a nearby archaeological site. Conclude your tour at Sacsayhuaman, where you'll be amazed by its massive and meticulously crafted walls.
