Day 1Start from Comodoro Rivadavia to Los Antiguos

Welcome to Argentina! Your private driver-guide will meet you at Comodoro Rivadavia airport, and then you'll head to Los Antiguos. During the journey, we'll pause to explore the Petrified Forest, located 30 km south of Sarmiento. Traveling through the Chacabuco Valley, you'll join Carretera Austral (Route 7) before embarking on a trek near the meeting point of the Nef River and Chile's largest river, the Baker River. Finally, arrive at your accommodation in Puerto Bertrand, where you'll be treated to pristine views of the southern countryside.

Day 5Marble Caves Journey from Puerto Bertrand to Los Antiguos

Begin your day with a drive along the picturesque lakeshore of General Carrera Lake. Then, join a boat or kayak excursion to explore the marble caves in Capilla de Marmol Nature Sanctuary. These caves, including Catedral de Marmol and Capilla de Marmol, were sculpted by seawater over thousands of years, resulting in unique textures.

After lunch, savor breathtaking views of Patagonia's tallest peak as you journey to Maqui River Waterfall. Take a brief trek here before returning to Argentina for an overnight stay at Los Antiguos.

Day 6Patagonia Day Trip near Los Antiguos

Prepare for a thrilling day exploring the breathtaking region near Los Antiguos in Patagonia. You'll journey along Route 41, also known as the Road to Monte Zeballos, where a variety of landscapes await you, including steppe, Andean forest, grassland, and towering mountains. Along the way, you'll stop at a viewpoint to admire the snow-capped peaks of Monte San Lorenzo, reaching a staggering 3706 meters. Keep your eyes peeled for majestic condors soaring overhead as you trek amidst basaltic dikes and unique sandstone formations. Day 7Returning from Comodoro Rivadavia

As your trip winds down, you'll be traveling for about 5.5 hours back to Comodoro Rivadavia for your flight home. During your journey, you'll make a stop at the Provincial Reserve Caleta Olivia. Here, you'll have the opportunity to observe numerous sea lions and a variety of seabirds like seagulls and cormorants.
